Almirall Apartaments' booking conditions and rules

* Dogs are not allowed

* Arrival Time: 16:00 a 20:00. Consult for arrivals later than 20:00

* Departure Time: 10:00

Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian.

The accommodation and facilities are for the exclusive use of the lodged clients

Albamar apartaments doesn’t compromise to guarantee the preferences the ones ask the costumers in remarks. We will try to please them but we cannot assure them.

After your reservation request has been verified by the server you will be asked to pay, in order to confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount in Web Rate, or of 100% in Non Refundable-Flexible Rate.

Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this online booking service and acts as a guarantee of your reservation from Albamar apartaments; and your obligation of paying the rest amount at your arrival at Almirall apartaments.

On payment of the deposit, you will receive an e-mail confirming with the details of your reservation.

Web Rate. Conditions and Policy of Cancellations or Amendment.

Free cancellation or amendment until 31 days before arrival day.

At the moment to make the booking costumer must pay the 30% of the total amount of the booking.

The cancellations/amendments fees are applied to the reservation deposit and are as follow: - 50% should the cancellation be made less than 30 days before the day arrival. - 100% if the cancellation is made less than 8 days before the day of arrival.

Non Refundable-Flexible Rate. Conditions and Policy of Cancellations/Amendments:

Discounted rate that requires a deposit of 100% of the total reservation.

• This rate allows cancellation or modification of the booking 31 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation, the amount will not be refunded, it will remain as a deposit to make a new reservation during the current or next year.
• In case of modification, any difference in price that may exist at the time of the modification between the original stay and the new stay will be charged to the customer. If it turns out that the new stay is cheaper than the original stay, no refund of the difference will be possible.
• From 30 days before arrival and for any stay that has already begun, the stay cannot be modified.
